We really enjoyed this experience day. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and it was a great way to explore the city (York). We would definitely do another one elsewhere.

I was gifted this experience for my birthday and it was amazing – every element was just what I needed to de stress. From the steam rooms to the pools everywhere was clean, not too busy and a beautiful space to enjoy, WOuld definitely recommend and will do this again!

The facilities on offer were great ! However some of the indoor sauna’s were quite lukewarm ! For me and could have been a little hotter ! . Outside spa was wonderful and lovely and hot ! Staff were very helpful ! Very relaxing , I would go again but in the summer seasons

My best friend got me this as a gift for my birthday. We went on a Wednesday and it was busy but not too busy like enough you got stuff to yourself. Such a relaxing chilled evening I was ready for bed by 8.30pm! Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved it, staff were attentive and the aqua thermal journey was so relaxing. Came away feeling so refreshed and loved every minute of it. Will definitely be making this a regular thing. Exactly what we needed to rejuvenate.
