This is the ultimate romantic and quirky couple’s hideaway cottage
We love the owner’s creative flair and personal touch in creating a comfortable and cosy hideaway for her guests to enjoy
Guests can purchase the hand-dyed vintage linen and some objets d’art straight from the owner
The friendly and charming owner loves the region and will very happily advise on things to see and do…especially if you are into antiques and vintage shopping!
Walk to the village for morning coffee and groceries or to the lake for a swim or the jazz festival
Please note that the walk from the house to amenties is on a quiet country road which has no footpaths and pavements

Booked this as a surprise for my fiancé’s 30th, did not disappoint, decorated with balloons and beer on arrival with the hot tub hot & ready. Beautiful scenery and filled with all the essentials for a comfortable stay with a unique twist. Enjoyed walked to some beautiful places with the dog. Relaxed and cooked some nice meals with the barbecue. All of us really loved this stay.

A lovely spot, we have really enjoyed our stay here with the barbecue and hot tub for the evenings and the cosy log burner made it! A great base to explore the surrounding towns and countryside. We would definitely recommend to others!

Beautiful dome and extremely comfortable bed, very cosy for our 1st glamping experience. Afternoon tea was incredible and thank you Penny for lighting our hot tub.

We come here to celebrate Josh’s 30th. It was a surprise trip for him and although he’d spent a lot of time guessing he was nowhere near close! This place has the most amazing setting and we had a truly magical night watching the sunset and cosying up in the dome. I had a truly magical birthday and we will clearly be coming back again! The afternoon tea led us well into the night, with the fire going and a glass of bubbles in hand, it’s a night we won’t forget for a long time!!!

We’ve had an amazing stay, delicious afternoon tea waiting for us and the hot tub was fabulous. The bed and bedding was so lovely and warm, cosy. Enjoyed every minute and we will definitely be back!

This is a wonderful place. Pretty location with well thought out space. The Star Dome is so beautifully furnished. Better than many hotels. Loved waking up to the animal noises. Even had a visit from a squirrel. Our hamper, the afternoon tea was the best we’ve had. Thank you for a special stay.

We have had a wonderful stay and enjoyed a circular walk around Cleobury Mortimer and a delicious meal at the Bennets End Inn. We really needed this break, the peace and quiet and the amazing accomodation salving tired post lockdown minds!!

Thank you for such a lovely, rustic, tranquil experience. We have had a great mini break away. Every meal cooked on the barbecue, all facilities used to their fullest potential and the most perfect evening in the hot tub watching the sunset! I recommend all guests to enjoy the beautiful area, go for a big country walk and get into the hot tub to watch the sun go down! Fabulous!

Having a wonderful time at the star dome. Extremely wholesome experience with the fires and jaccuzi! Great country walks around, and in the evening, enjoying the facilities at hand, with the barbecue and gas fire outside. Thank you Penny and team! Happy new year. 10/10 would recommend.
